Design
Identify and redesign your critical processes
Before building anything, you need to know where AI creates value and where it doesn't. We audit your business processes, identify high-impact use cases and design the target architecture for your future AI systems.

Problems
The problems you are having
You know that AI can transform your operations, but no one internally knows where to start or how to prioritize the use cases that will generate real return.
01
You don't know where to start.
The possible AI use cases are numerous, but no one internally is in a position to prioritize which ones will generate real return.
02
Your AI initiatives remain at the idea stage.
Business teams have insights, tech teams have tools, but there's no shared road map for moving from one to the other.
03
Your processes weren't designed for AI.
You are trying to add artificial intelligence to workflows designed 10 years ago. The result: marginal gains and POCs that never make it into production.
04
You invest without visibility on the ROI.
Data and AI budgets are growing, but no one can precisely quantify how much these investments bring to the business.
Answer
Our approach
We work both in Consulting and in Structured Projects with a commitment to results.
Design
We audit your existing business processes, map data flows, and identify friction points where AI can intervene with a measurable impact.
Prioritization
We assess each use case according to three criteria: business impact, technical feasibility and implementation time. You leave with a clear ranking, not a list of possibilities.
AI-native design
We are redesigning target processes by integrating AI by design, not on top of that. Technical architecture, data flow, required models: everything is specified.
Roadmap
We deliver a detailed implementation plan: milestones, required resources, estimated budget and expected KPIs. An operational document, not a consultant's report that ends up in a drawer.
Benefits/Impacts
What you gain
A clear vision of your AI use cases, a numerical roadmap and redesigned processes to exploit artificial intelligence by design.
01
A clear vision of which AI use cases are worth the investment — and which are not worth the investment.
We audit your business processes and assess each use case according to three criteria: business impact, technical feasibility and implementation time. You leave with a clear and well-reasoned ranking, not a list of possibilities.

02
Redesigned processes to exploit AI natively, not technological fixes on outdated flows.
Grafting AI onto a process designed 10 years ago only produces marginal gains. We rethink your critical workflows by integrating artificial intelligence by design, for structural and sustainable results.

03
A numerical and realistic roadmap, validated by your business and tech teams.
Milestones, required resources, estimated budget and expected KPIs: we deliver an operational execution plan that your teams understand and support. A document that triggers action, not a report that ends up in a drawer.

04
A framework that accelerates everything that comes after: the Build, the Scale, the Run start on solid foundations.
Each hour invested in Design is a multiplier for the future. The architecture is specified, the data is mapped, the priorities are validated. The teams that take over know exactly what to build and why.

What does the Design phase at Diametral consist of?
The Design phase is the first step in the Diametral model: identifying and redesigning your critical processes for AI before any line of code. The agency audits your operations, prioritizes use cases based on business impact and technical feasibility, then delivers an executable roadmap with budgets, milestones and target KPIs.
What is an AI process audit?
An AI process audit maps your business flows, available data, and friction points to detect where AI is creating real value. Diametral analyzes each process from three angles: business impact, data quality and technological feasibility, then formulates a score of use cases ready to be arbitrated by the management committee.
How to prioritize your AI use cases?
Diametral prioritizes AI use cases according to three criteria: measurable business impact, technical feasibility and implementation time. Each opportunity is noted and then classified in a quick wins/structuring projects matrix, in order to arbitrate objectively between initiatives and to avoid the budgetary dispersion typical of poorly structured AI programs.
What are the deliverables of the Design phase?
The Design phase produces four deliverables: a process audit with data mapping, a prioritized ranking of use cases with business case, an AI-native architectural target and a numerical execution plan. This file makes it possible to start the Build phase without delay and to secure the budget with the sponsor.
How long does a Design mission last?
A Diametral Design mission lasts between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the scope (entity, BU, group). The deliverable includes an executive summary ready to be presented in CODIR, detailed use case sheets and a quantified roadmap over 12 to 24 months.
