Our history
Founded in 2018 under the name LittleBigCode and became Diametral in 2026, we are responding to a structural problem: the difficulty for businesses to generate real value from their data. In eight years, 297 projects delivered into production in Defense, Pharma, Insurance and Retail/Luxury.
Initially a pure player in data science, we now cover the entire AI value chain: process design, agency architecture, product, analytics, governance and human experience.

Who is Diametral and what is its mission?
Diametral is a consulting agency specialized in AI and data, a partner of large companies that want to make artificial intelligence a real structural competitive advantage.
Our mission is to redesign the critical processes of organizations, to transform them into AI-native systems (designed from the beginning for and with AI), and to operate them over the long term in order to generate concrete value: productivity gains, new business opportunities and strengthening the brand image.
What is the history of Diametral and why did you change its name?
Founded in 2018 under the name LittleBigCode, the company became Diametral in 2026.
This name change reflects our evolution: from a pure player in data science to a firm covering the entire AI value chain (process design, agency architecture, governance, product, analytics and human experience).
In eight years, we have delivered 297 production projects in demanding sectors such as Defense, Pharma, Insurance and Retail/Luxury. Above all, the name Diametral marks our clear positioning: we are diametrically opposed to firms that sell slides, deliver unimplemented POCs or make promises without concrete results.
What are Diametral's core values?
