Nicolas Half joins Diametral as Global Engine Director of Acculturation & Change Management

Diametral is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicolas Half as Global Director Acculturation & Change Management. With 11 years of experience in supporting leaders and organizations, he will lead one of the eight engines that structure Diametral's expertise and guide companies through their AI-native transformation.

A career spanning consulting, innovation, and change management

An engineer by training and a coach by conviction, Nicolas Half began his career in Data consulting. He quickly identified a fundamental challenge: the primary difficulties of a transformation are not necessarily technological, but often lie in the evolution of practices and ways of working.

This conviction led him to broaden his experience across several complementary fields: consulting, innovation, executive coaching, and entrepreneurship.

With 11 years of experience, Nicolas has developed expertise in supporting organizational transformations, placing people at the heart of change management.

Supporting AI adoption to create sustainable value

At the head of the Acculturation & Change Managementengine, Nicolas will be responsible for strengthening the support provided to organizations as they adopt artificial intelligence.

While the possibilities offered by AI are vast, their impact depends above all on a company's ability to evolve its practices, mobilize its teams, and engage its leadership.

To address these challenges, the engine relies on several complementary areas of expertise:

  • PIAN (Play Inspired Network) : a network of proprietary educational formats based on gaming, designed to make AI concrete, accessible, and understandable for all profiles.
  • AI acculturation programs : targeted training, workshops, ambassador networks, and rituals to foster the long-term adoption of new technologies.
  • Maturity assessment and adoption measurement : evaluate organizational readiness, identify barriers, and measure the effective use of solutions as well as the value created.
  • Change management for AI deployments : integrate adoption challenges from the start of projects, rather than addressing them after they go live.
  • Transforming work methods augmented by AI : rethink processes, roles, and collaboration methods to fully leverage new technological capabilities.

Multidisciplinary expertise driving transformation

The Acculturation & Change Management engine brings together complementary expertise, including AI Coaches & Adoption Experts, AI Change Managers, and organizational transformation specialists.

By combining human support, pedagogical methods, and adoption measurement, this team works to turn employees into true drivers of transformation.

The goal is to involve teams from the earliest stages of projects to foster their engagement and facilitate the integration of AI into daily practices.

This approach is based on one conviction: a successful transformation is not limited to the deployment of a technology; it is measured by its adoption and the lasting changes it generates.

Welcome to Diametral, Nicolas!

At Diametral, we are convinced that becoming an AI-native organization involves much more than integrating new tools. It requires rethinking how teams work, collaborate, make decisions, and create value.

The arrival of Nicolas Half strengthens this ambition by placing human support and change management at the heart of AI-driven transformation.

Welcome to Diametral, Nicolas!
