Design and industrialize useful and responsible AI solutions
Develop and deploy generative or predictive AI solutions in production
Work on concrete and impacting use cases: RAG, LLM security & guardrails, FINOPS/Greenops monitoring, advanced NLP
Ensure the robustness, scalability, ethics and performance of the solutions developed
Build expertise on modern stacks and cutting-edge projects
Intervening on cloud environments (especially Azure) and innovative services such as Azure AI Agent Services
Contribute to the establishment of industrialized, integrated and secure AI pipelines
Transmit, advance, promote LittleBigCode
Support the development of teams (training, pair programming, peer reviews...)
Share your feedback, participate in monitoring and internal initiatives (LabDays, talks, assets, etc.)
Profile wanted
You are a graduate of a major engineering school or a master's degree specialized in data science, statistics or applied mathematics.
You have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, excluding work-study programs or internships, on concrete and significant projects.
You have already led the production of AI models in a cloud environment (ideally AWS, Azure or GCP), with challenges of performance, reliability and scalability.
You are fluent in French and English both written and spoken, which allows you to evolve easily in an international and multi-interlocutor context.
Technical skills
You have an excellent command of Python and the main data science libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, or TensorFlow.
You know how to create clear and relevant visualizations, whether using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or Python libraries dedicated to dataviz.
You have a good foundation in CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring and management of MLOps pipelines.
You have a real interest in complex issues such as natural language processing (NLP), time series or computer vision.

You are able to make technical concepts accessible to non-specialist interlocutors.
You show curiosity, rigor and autonomy, and you do not hesitate to propose new approaches or ideas.
