For the first time, our teams from Paris, Lyon, Brussels, São Paulo, and Bogotá will come together for a shared program to explore the challenges of designing, developing, and deploying AI agents.
An international edition dedicated to agentic AI
Organized by our Applied AI & Data Scienceengine, this new edition of LabTechDay will bring together the expertise of our various offices around a common goal: understanding how to design and deploy reliable, secure AI agents capable of generating real business value.
LabTechDay is a recurring internal event that allows our teams to share knowledge, compare experiences, and experiment with new technological approaches.

Two complementary workshops: Design & Build
The day will be structured around two workshops involving Diametral's various engines.
Design: Creating a relevant agentic solution
This first workshop will be dedicated to identifying use cases and designing solutions tailored to business needs.
Participants will work on a realistic client case to determine when using an AI agent is appropriate, what level of autonomy to grant it, and how to define the necessary control mechanisms.
The goal will be to structure these reflections using an Agent Solution Canvas, which helps frame key decisions before development begins.
Build: Constructing a reliable and governable agent
The second workshop will focus on the technical aspects of building an AI agent.
Our experts will explore the essential components of an agentic architecture: models, tools, memory, permissions, control mechanisms, and observability.
The goal is to understand how to combine the capabilities of artificial intelligence models with a robust architecture, ensuring security, reliability, and operational control.
Real-world insights to bridge innovation and practical application
Beyond the workshops, an international plenary session will bring all our teams together to share insights from client projects.
These discussions will address the challenges encountered when moving from experimentation to production, particularly regarding performance, governance, and the integration of AI agents into business processes.
The day will also be an opportunity to explore new forms of collaboration between human experts and AI agents, as well as their potential to evolve delivery methods.
