About the role
Going from ten POCs to a company that runs on AI is a transformation program, not a tech project. Once the strategy is set, everything comes down to execution: making trade-offs, sequencing, bringing departments on board, proving value quarter after quarter. At Diametral, the AI Transformation Manager leads these programs alongside executives, until AI is embedded in processes, organizations and results.
You join the Strategy engine and work on the Build and Scale phases of Diametral Process. You orchestrate the expertise of our engines, in particular Product Delivery and Acculturation & Change Management, toward a single AI-native trajectory.
What you will build
- Group-wide AI transformation programs: program governance, steering bodies, roadmap, dependency and risk management.
- Scaling use cases: from pilot to industrialization, with clear exit criteria and decisive trade-offs.
- Business process redesign with generative AI and agents: mapping, redesign, new roles shared between humans and AI.
- Rollout of AI operating models: AI Factory, center of excellence, networks of champions in the business.
- Value capture and measurement mechanisms: baselines, KPIs, benefits tracking, reporting to the executive committee.
- Organization and skills transformation plans, with the Acculturation & Change Management engine.
Your environment
Executive committees, transformation departments, CDOs, CIOs and business leaders. Methods: Diametral Process, program management (PMO, OKR, portfolio management), agile at scale, AI Act.
Within Diametral
- You enrich our AI program management methods and lessons learned.
- You bridge our engines to ensure consistent execution, from strategy to run.
What we are looking for

- At least 5 years of experience in transformation consulting, program management or a corporate transformation function.
- Having led at least one large-scale, high-stakes digital, data or AI transformation program.

- A strong sense of service and client experience.
- Top-level communication, written and spoken: you simplify, you bring people along.
