About the role
Most companies have AI projects. Very few have an AI strategy. POCs that never scale, scattered budgets, ROI that is hard to prove: that is what many executive committees are facing. At Diametral, the Data & AI Strategy Manager helps leaders choose where AI truly creates value, then organize the company to capture it.
You join the Strategy engine and work upstream of our engagements, notably in the Design phase of Diametral Process, which helps our clients become AI-native companies. The role is open at two levels: Consultant and Manager.
What you will build
- Data and AI strategies aligned with corporate strategy: ambition, positioning, 3-year roadmap.
- Use-case portfolios prioritized by value, feasibility and risk, backed by solid business cases.
- AI operating models: AI Factory, center of excellence, hub & spoke organization, roles and skills, build, buy or partner choices.
- Data and AI maturity assessments and due diligence, including for investment funds.
- Transformation trajectories toward the AI-native company: agents, process redesign, new business models.
- Value steering: KPIs, ROI tracking mechanisms, trade-offs at executive committee level.
Your environment
Executive and management committees, CIOs, CDOs and business leaders. Frameworks: AI Act, maturity models, valuation and prioritization methods, Diametral Process.
Within Diametral
- You contribute to our offers and our points of view on AI (publications, events, speaking engagements).
- You work with the other engines so that the strategies you design are actually delivered.

- Fluent English in a client setting, plus the language of your home office.
What will make the difference
- Experience at a strategy firm, a Big Four firm or in a corporate strategy or transformation function.
- Hands-on experience of a group-wide AI program.
